Product description
Care4Birds Ronidazole 10% is a powder product for pigeons indicated for canker (trichomoniasis) and hexamitiasis.
It is specially formulated against infections caused by trichomonads and hexamita in pigeons. During the racing season, regular treatments are necessary to control these infections. Young birds with severe intestinal infections caused by hexamita are more susceptible to unpleasant E-coli infections. The safety margin of this product is considered high, including for young animals.
Symptoms
• Lack of condition.
• Poor digestion.
• Bad droppings.
• Crop mucosal inflammation.
• Complications associated with ornithosis.
• Small white to yellowish areas in the mouth cavity.
Directions for use
Preventive: 2 measuring spoons (approximately 2 g) per litre of drinking water for 1 or 2 days, every 2 weeks, preferably starting the day after the race.
Treatment: 2 measuring spoons (approximately 2 g) per litre of drinking water for 5 to 7 consecutive days. This cure may be repeated after a few days if necessary.
