Prowins BlueResp Active - Natural respiratory support for birds
◈ What is BlueResp Active
BlueResp Active is a soluble powder specially formulated to improve respiratory comfort in cage birds and ornamental birds. During periods of cold, humidity or stress—when birds are most sensitive—BlueResp Active helps keep the airways clean, soothed and protected.
Its natural blend of plant extracts and microencapsulated essential oils is designed to support birds when the first respiratory signs appear or when the aviary has a history of recurring respiratory irritation.
◈ What is it for?
Ideal for bird keepers who want to prevent or support their birds in situations such as:
- Respiratory irritation caused by fine dust in the aviary.
- Sensitivity to humidity, drafts or temperature changes.
- A history of mild respiratory discomfort in canaries, finches, exotics or wild birds.
- Signs compatible with early stages of issues such as Mycoplasma or mild CRD.
Common situations where it helps:
- Light sneezing or slightly noisy breathing.
- Mild mucus or small respiratory difficulties.
- Half-closed, watery or irritated eyes.
- Loss of vitality, reduced singing or drop in form.
- Signs appearing after cage moves, competitions or transport.
- Suitable for canaries, finches, exotic birds, wild birds, lovebirds, and ornamental birds in general.
◈ When to use it
- At the first respiratory signs in the aviary.
- During high-risk periods: cold, humidity, dust or environmental stress.
- During moult, breeding or weaning—periods of higher sensitivity.
- After shows, transport or the arrival of new birds.
◈ Directions for use
- General dose: 3–4 g per litre of drinking water for 5–7 consecutive days.
- Refresh drinking water daily.
- Can also be mixed with food if preferred.
